Continuing with my recommendation to use a camera with articulated LCD screen for taking pictures of butterflies other situation where this type of display stands out is when the butterfly is high above the head. (See post Why articulated screen – Part I Ground level)
Under these conditions only with a hinged screen and a good autofocus is possible to obtain a sharp picture.
There are many occasions where the butterfly lands on a flower, a tree or any high place and only with this type of display you can make the parallel between the camera and the butterfly, and get a photo with the insect completely focused. Siguiendo con mi recomendación de utilizar una cámara con pantalla articulada para tomar fotos de mariposas, otra situación donde este tipo de pantalla se destaca, es cuando la mariposa se sitúa muy por encima de la cabeza. (Ver artículo Por qué la pantalla articulada? parte I fotografía a nivel del piso)
Bajo estas condiciones solo con una pantalla articulada y un buen autoenfoque se logra obtener una imagen enfocada.
Hay muchas ocasiones donde la mariposa se posa en una flor, un tronco o un lugar alto y solo con este tipo de pantalla se puede lograr el paralelo entre la cámara y la mariposa, para obtener una foto con el insecto completamente enfocado.
